IEM has been ensuring the health and sanitation of Milwaukee area schools for over 15 years. We are one of the few providers that can offer full building maintenance services, including certified boiler engineers.
IEM uses a suite of G-37 green certified products that will give you a greener, cleaner school. Unlike other commercial cleaning companies, we use no harsh chemicals that can cause respiratory problems for students and staff. Our cleaning products are strong enough for the locker room, but safe enough to use in the kitchen.

Cold, Flu and Virus Cleaning
IEM is your partner in ensuring that your school remains safe and sanitary for your students and staff. We are equipped to provide nightly, weekly or on-call emergency decontamination, in the event of an outbreak.
Deep clean to combat against viruses.
This deep clean will consist of a combination of hand wiping and utilizing an electrostatic sprayer to apply chlorine dioxide, a disinfectant solution that is EPA registered for use against the cause of viruses to accessible targeted surfaces. These surfaces could consist of hard surfaces, furniture, equipment, etc.

Chlorine Dioxide - A Safer, Better Decontaminator

Unlike other disinfectants, chlorine dioxide is organic certified and completely safe to be used in schools and even be used in food prep areas and even on food.
Surfaces Must Clean Before Disinfected
There are no shortcuts! According to the CDC, a surface must be cleaned of organic matter and contaminants prior to disinfecting. IEM only uses G-37, Green Certified cleaners that reduce surface contamination to zero, and only then are disinfectants are applied. This process ensures a completely clean and disinfected surface.
